Unable to record with H1N zoom microphone

Hello everybody,

To record my guitar, I connect my H1n microphone via USB and I can no longer record with audacity. I select the micro zoom in the settings to record but no signal.
In the same configuration, if I use another software to record it works.
With an old version of Aufacity it worked. An idea of ​​the problem ?
if I select my PC’s microphone, it works…
On the microphone, the recording level is high. Very strange.

The H1n has two “modes.” You can use it as a stand-alone recorder, or you can use it as a USB microphone. You can’t do both at once and you get to set it during configuration, not turn-on.

I know you covered this in the question, but it would be really awkward if it was in the wrong mode.

Also, you never said which computer you’re using, but both types have a setup panel where you can view the sound before Audacity gets to it. Audacity gets its sound from the computer, not the microphone.

One more. So far, Audacity 3.3.3 and 3.4.2 (and 2.4.2) are the hero versions, not others.
