I’ve installed FFmpeg 2.2.2 and I went to preferences > libraries > locate and it automatically looked in the right folder and found it so I clicked OK. Afterwards the FFmpeg Library Version still said: FFmpeg library not found
Hopefully someone can give me a little assistance. It would be greatly appreciated.
Please make sure you are following these instructions to the letter: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/faq_installation_and_plug_ins.html#ffdown.
Make sure you are using Audacity 2.1.2 from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows. Please see the pink panel at the top of the page for how to check your Audacity version. Older versions of Audacity may not detect FFmpeg correctly if there is another version of FFmpeg elsewhere on the system.
If you are still stuck after upgrading to 2.1.2 please post the Audacity log from Help > Show Log… .

Upgrading to Audacity 2.1.2 fixed my issue. Thank you so much!
