Unable to add Nyquist ACX Check

Hello,

Can someone PLEASE help me?! I spent nearly 5 hours yesterday and am still trying today to add ACX Check to Audacity. I’ve followed all the directions but still can’t even get it to show up in my plugins.
I continue to get the message "Are you sure you want to remove “ACX_Check.ny.txt from iCloud Drive?” There is no ACX Check file for me to drag into my plugin file.

Could someone please help me understand what is happening and what I’m doing wrong? I desperately need to get this going.

Which directions?

Why is “ACX_Check.ny.txt” on your iCloud drive?

Download “ACX Check” from here: https://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Nyquist_Analyze_Plug-ins#ACX_Check to your Downloads folder.
Once you have it downloaded to your Downloads folder, you can install it.

ACX Check is a “Nyquist plug-in”.

Thank you for the help…the problem with ACX Check was the fact that I was trying to add the plug-in on Safari. When switching to Firefox, everything worked.
