Two unexplainable bugs that started happening?

Yesterday, my Audacity 2.1.0 on Sierra just started doing the weirdest thing. If i tap the command key or hold it down, it starts zooming in on the tracks. It is not set to do this in keyboard preferences but it just started doing it??

also, if i have multiple tracks up and i want to scroll down, no matter what I do audacity will scroll me all the way back up automatically. I cannot get it to scroll down for my life. I’ve restarted the app and my computer and… it just will not fix. I cannot figure it out.

If the entire window is zooming and not just the tracks, make sure your fingers are not brushing the trackpad and check your Mac keyboard preferences: http://heresthethingblog.com/2014/02/24/mac-tip-zoom-entire-display/.

If you are using a trackpad to scroll up and down, it could be the trackpad is slightly faulty.

If you feel the need, you can reset Audacity preferences. Quit Audacity if it is still running. In Finder, use Go > Go to Folder then type or paste

~/Library/Application Support/audacity/

In that “audacity” folder, delete the file “audacity.cfg”.
