Two different release installs in one Linux instance?

Is it possible to have 2 different release instances installed in a single Linux OS at the same time? I have the version from the Ubuntu 22.04 repository installed and it is 2.4.2. But I’d like to install the version that supports the AI Openvino which is 3.4.2 and I don’t want to get rid of the one from the repository.

You can just install the appimage from the website. no need to install or uninstall anything from the system
