Turned on white bars at track ends[SOLVED]

I accidently hit some key on my keyboard and now my audio track looks like this. When I try to select part of the audio wave, only the sides are selected. I’m not sure how to change it back to normal.

You have selected Multi-Tool because you pressed button F6 or possibly “A” on your computer keyboard.

Press button F1 to go back to Selection Toolbar.
