Trying to strip down a song to only hear one part of it?

Hi! I’m new to audacity, so sorry if this is a dumb question in any way. Basically theres a song with what sounds to be a voice recording in the beginning and end of it. However said voice recordings are kind of hard to hear, considering that theres a bunch of other music and some distortion playing over it. I’ve been toying with audacity for a bit to see if I can some how remove all the other noise and only hear the recording. Or at least slow the recording down enough for me to be able to understand what it says. Is this possible? And if so, what would be the best way to do it? If you’d like to hear what I’m talking about, here is a link to the song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KAuVJIOsQPo

Thank you so much for all your help!

You’re talking about the 23 seconds of piano over muffled crowd noise. I’m torn between “forget it” and trying a Vocal Isolation tool. Since the piano is in stereo, it’s possible ‘Center Channel’ or ‘Vocal Isolation’ might help.

Audacity doesn’t have either one, or at least not as a regular, packaged tool. Somebody wrote something a while ago, but it doesn’t appear in the regular tool list.
