Trying to make video game background music (BGM)

I am using Windows 7 OS, and Audacity 2.0.3, and I am trying to make a specific bockground BGM. I want the song to start playing, then only loop from like 3.5 seconds in, then when it is over. But I’ve been searching the interwebs and I can’t see a way to get this done, no matter which program I am using.

In that song, you can hear the piano at the beginning, and I want to keep that. But I only want that to play once. After that, I only want the ocarina music looping, so that it would create an actual loop. If there is any way that I can do this, help is much appreciated. If not, well, I’ll live with it.

You won’t be able to “extract” (isolate) the ocarina from the piano sound. That’s like trying to unscramble an egg.
If you have a recording of the ocarina on its own then you can use the “Repeat” effect on it. http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/repeat.html

I kind of said that wrong. What I meant was I didn’t want the piano at the beginning to repeat, which you gave me a solution to. I never knew that there was a repeat, I thought that there was only loop. Thank you so much!
