Trouble recording streaming sound [SOLVED]

I have had Audacity for some time but now would like to record streaming audio from the internet and am unable to do it.

I have a Win 8 laptop that is configured ONLY with a microphone recording device card.
While this microphone device is enabled and shows the music level from my speakers yet Audacity cannot pick up the sound stream.
Any suggestions?

Below is the Audacity Audio Device Info
