trouble importing converted CD files to Audacity

Hi. I’m using Windows 7, and installed Audacity from the .exe installer. I’ve downloaded CDex and followed the instructions for converting CD tracks to WAV files, as well as the instructions on where to look for the resulting WAV files. But there I’m getting stuck. I’m not sure what to choose under that menu, as the original names of the converted tracks do not appear, nor anything that looks like a new file. I know it’s not a copyright issue, the material on the cd’s is my own. Any further hints on how to find the specific WAV files from CDex so I can import them to Audacity?

Much Thanks,

Open CDex and press F4 to open Settings. Choose the second “Filenames” tab. Look in the text boxes. The box “Recorded Tracks” is where it saves extracted WAV files.
