With golwave it is possible to transform audio files with mathematics.
Have you a generator plug in that performs this transformation for audacity ?

Audacity has a very powerful scripting language built in called Nyquist.
Simple commands may be run from the Nyquist Prompt effect (http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/nyquist_prompt.html)
More complex Nyquist scripts may be made into plugins (http://wiki.audacityteam.org/wiki/Nyquist_Plug-ins_Reference)
