Tracks from one large file into separate files [SOLVED]

I’ve made about 15 tracks from 1 audio file I imported, and I want to save them as separate files. My understanding is if I select the track, like below:

and then do “Export Selection” then it will export that track. But when I make that selection it does this:

which makes it look like it wants to export the entire file, which I don’t think I want to do. Is there something else I need to do to correct this? Thanks!

While your audio file is still one audio file, Place labels at the beginning of each song including the first song.

Then File > Export Multiple.
