הקלטתי מספר הקלטות והמחשב קרס
כעת העברתי את הארדיסק למחשב חדש ושמה הגעתי לתקיית הפרוייקט שלא נשמר
הבעייה שהוא נשמר בהרבה חלקים קצרים של 5 שניות

איך אני יכול לשחזר הכל נורמלי ??

I assume that you were using an old version of Audacity.
Prior to version 3, Audacity projects had an “AUP” file and a “_data” folder. You need both of these. From Audacity’s “File” menu, click “Open Project” and select the AUP file. Unless you have both the AUP file and its _data folder it will not be possible to open the project.
