Tips for improving audio

I have working with audacity previously to do simple things (normalize, amplify etc.). Attached part of an voice audio that I want to repair, has a slight echo and a “clip” every time and I do not know what tools to use or how to do to improve the quality of this audio.

Thanks for your help!

Best regards!

The easy one is the echoes. We can’t fix those. You have to record with a much more directional microphone, a closer microphone or record in a room with fewer echoes.

The popping is harder. I don’t think we can fix those if they’re that bad. Anything in here?

Maybe the other elves will have some ideas.

What’s the three-digit Audacity version number and how are you recording your voice? Part numbers, models, makers?
