There's a weird short break in a track. How do I fix it? (pic included)

Sorry for vague description. Listening to a rip of “Echude of Chu” from the Chulip soundtrack, and not only does the metadata list the duration as 10 seconds shorter than it actually is, but at that point there’s a weird break in the sound as depicted. Can this be fixed or do I need to find another source?

To post a screenshot you need to add it as an “attachment” (instructions here: https://forum.audacityteam.org/t/how-to-attach-files-to-forum-posts/24026/1)

  1. Import the file into Audacity:
“File menu > Import > Audio”
    https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/file_menu_import.html

  2. “Select” the gap:

  3. “Delete” the selected audio:

  4. Export the edited audio as a new file. For safety, give the new file a unique name rather than overwriting the original file.
