The Icons have been shrunk, the main play button squares bar is way too small you need a way toggle the proper full sized icons on and off, I cannot use it as it is the classic layout should at least have these main icons at a size I can actually use, in your rush to get the program ready,
you have forgot to account for those with visual impairments, this needs to be addressed in the next update, and the new features yes, but have your classic mode proper classic mode, or just add a pre-audacity 4 option where the UI is properly done, You’ve made improvements but in doing so you’ve locked a lot of users out of using audacity 4. Note: the Icon Size in the image should be the same scale as it was, I say this just in case here me posting the image here it makes it the wrong size.
Well that’s totally ruined the program, it’s made it unusable for me, they were like that for good reason, you call it padding, but it needs the option to put it back properly, maybe toggle it on and off depending on what the user wants, I until this is fixed I cannot use the program and I was looking forward to this program, but butchering the buttons like that is not good.
I would love the ability to make the clock larger, so it’s easier for people in the room to read it. I know Audacity 3 had this option and it would be great if it could be moved over to v4.
