The Libraries section in Preferences is not showing up properly with no option to locate or download. Anyone else have this issue? I noticed this relatively recently.
Go to Edit → Preferences → Modules and make sure mod-ffmpeg is enabled (and everything else too).
If you have to enable it, shut down and re-start Audacity.
I don’t know why those things sometimes get randomly disabled but that’s likely the problem…
