Tempo change problem

I’m trying to apply a tempo change to one track, and a different tempo change to another track, but each time I select a track and change the tempo, the tempo change applies to both tracks instead of just the selected one. Is there something obvious that I’m just doing wrong?

Did you turn Tracks > Sync-Lock Tracks on by mistake?
