Sync the volume levels of several tracks at once?

I am recording audio for an instructional video segment by segment but want to make sure they are all at the same volume before inputting into the video for consistency.

Is there a way I can do this in Audacity?

The only way to tell for sure is to listen to them.
You may be able to get an idea of the loudness by scanning the files with ReplayGain, which you could do using Foobar2000 http://www.foobar2000.org/
