Subharmonics after tempo change [SOLVED]

I am new to Audacity and I’m using it to edit some organ music.

Sometimes, I need to speed up the performance by using the Change Tempo effect. When I do, I get quite a lot of sub-harmonics generated in the process.
Is there anything I can do to minimise this?

Try with both “Use high quality stretching” enabled and disabled. Use whichever sounds best.

Brilliant!!
I changed the quality settings in preferences and turned on high quality stretching and it sounds great.
