Strange sounds in voice recording

Dear Sir,

Last night I was attending my online lecture on Skype and I planned to record it using Audacity Software because I wanted to hear and practice the notes later on. But when I heard the recorded file I’m getting some strange noises!

So are there any suggestions or tips on how I can minimize the chances of this noise in my next recording?
