I’m running Audacity 2.1.2 on my MacBook Pro with OS-X 10.9.5. I have been experiencing issues with my audio sounding scrambled with a static and echo-like sound at various recording times and then will fade out and the audio sounds clear again. I’m using an external usb mic for my recordings. I have attached a segment of botched audio that has the issue I have mentioned. Any ideas or helpful advice regarding this issue would be very grateful.
