Is it possible to split a mix into seperate tracks WITHOUT spaces between tracks?

Should be - but be aware that CD buring software will often add an intertrack gap of 2 seconds or so (Red Book guideline for CD’s). But it is often possible to set a flag/switch so that it creates a “Gapless album”.
