Splitting a track.

New here and to audio editing. I have recorded a live music show, an the moment it is one hour long file. I want to split it into individual tracks so when burned to a disc you can skip between tracks. I have no idea how to do this so any help would be greatly appreciated. If this has already been covered maybe someone could point me in the right direction.

I have windows 7 professional and Audacity 2.0.4

I want to split it into individual tracks so when burned to a disc you can skip between tracks.

To do that you need to split the recording into separate files, one for each CD track, then use your CD burning software to compile the CD using the individual files.
