As a musician, this would be great. Imagine a song with 120bpm, you could select an 8 second part of the song, press an option that opens a window asking you about the number of splits you want to make, then select 8, you’re now left with 8 one second long splits separated by those black lines that pop up when you splice audio. Now you don’t have to look for where the kick starts off calculate the bpm into seconds.
