Sound through PC recording?

I am a new Audacity user. My PC platform is Windows 10 & Audacity version 2.3.2.
Am I able to record any sound going through my PC. I previously used Total Recorder for this task which played any sound which travelled through the board.

Yes, try using WASAPI as the host and loopback as the device.
