Sound recorder on Audacity

I currently am unable to record in Audacity internally (in my case trying to record from Spotify).

If I go to audio set up/recording device, it only lists ‘Primary Sound Capture Device’ and ‘Microphone Array’. To the best of my recollection, I previously had "Speakers (Realtek (R) Audio).

I had been using an older version of Audacity, but I now have 3.7.
