Sound fades out when sent over Zoom

I tried to play audio over Zoom and the sound level kept fading midstream. At my end it sounded very consistent and loud, but Zoom attendees said it started out OK but then faded way before the end fade. Is this an Audacity or Zoom setting? TIA.

It’s probably due to Zoom automatically adjusting the audio level.

I’m quite surprised that you got it to work at all. Zoom normally takes over the sound system and prevents other audio apps from working.
