Sound activation

Hi!

Few words at the beginning - I know that Audacity has an option of sound activation recording and I’ve been testing it. So that’s clear.

Now to the real matter. The thing is I want to have sound adtivation recording that DO NOT PAUSE RECORDING when my mic is under certain voice activation level. I want the recording to GO ON and recrod moments when sound is over voice activation level - just like in TeamSpeak 3.

Is that possible?

It appears from the post you want to turn Sound Activation off and straight record? Record everything until I hit stop? Isn’t there a selector for that in the Sound Activation panel?

It’s possible it’s broken. That has happened.

Audacity does not do that. Sound activated recording is either enabled or not enabled. Why not use TeamSpeak 3 if that does what you want?
