Someone is asking £8.39 for Audacity on the Windows Store

Similar to the Stickied post at the top of this forum, today I’ve found someone who appears to be selling Audacity for £8.39:

I tried to fill out a Copyright infrigement form for it but as I’m not an Agent or Legal Counsel for Audacity, I was prevented from doing so.
