is there a way you can slow down sounds without the pitch being changed???
Several ways:
Yes. Effect > Change Tempo.
That effect is pretty fast, but the quality may be a little ratty. You can also try Effect > Sliding Time Scale… and tell it not to slide. Just work as a standard tool. It’s slower, but tends to sound better.
