How can I records two tracks simultaneously in audacity? I want to record my microphone together with skype, preferably in to separate tracks.
That’s what Pamela Business and Pamela Professional do. They put you on one side and the interviewee on the other. I think you can get there with Total Recorder, too.

The two cheaper versions of Pamela have production restrictions.
There’s no good way to do it in Audacity. Skype in particular takes over your computer while it’s running and messes up recordings. If you do manage to change your computer to record Skype, it generally screws up echo cancellation and makes the actual voice conversation almost impossible.
We used to recommend SkypeRecorder, but we got complaints of malware and other unpleasant problems.
