Short question... Can I change the "waveform"? With what tool?

Windows 10
Audacity 2.2.2

So I’m just wondering if I can get a “wavey” audio sound more clear and right. (It’s very hard to express myself with correct technical term but I’m trying my best  )

Basically I want the “waveform” at picture “1s” to be like “2s” and I don’t know what tool I can use. Because I believe it’s causing a wavey sound in the recording? As you can hear in “Wavey Recording.m4a”.

Thanks in advance…

I can’t listen to your file at the moment, 'cause I’m at work…

But, make sure Windows “Enhancements” are disabled. If that’s the problem, you’ll probably have to re-record.

To change 1s into 2s you need high-pass equalization to remove infrasound …

BTW “Wavey Recording.m4a” is too quiet IMO : try normalizing to -1dB …
