I am trying to record a message for a phone system and I need the following settings for the audio file.
Bit Rate: 64kbps
Audio Sample Size: 8 bit
Channels: 1 (mono)
Audio sample rate: 8 khz
Audio Format: CCITT u-Law
Could someone help me out with figuring out how to do this?

I don’t see those settings in normal Audacity Export, so you probably need the FFMpeg software.
