Separating tracks

I recorded many of my old LPs and several are just one long file while most are individual tracks.
Is there any easy way to identify and label individual sections, so that they will appear as individual tracks.

Also I suggest you upgrade to the current Audacity version 2.0.6 from http://audacityteam.org/download/windows.
