Selecting portions of a track for playback

WIndows !0; Audacity 2.3.2

I have about 15 audio tracks. I want to play portions of each to hear what it sounds like and then I will eventually play those portions in series.

I don’t want to edit anything out of any track just yet.

If I have a track that is 13 minutes long and want to hear what it sounds like to play only the last three minutes of that track,
how do I specify the starting and ending points of that track and save it?

To export a specified section, “Select” the part that you want to export (https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/audacity_selection.html), then “Export Selected Audio” (https://manual.audacityteam.org/man/file_menu_export.html)
