Second recorded track is pitch shifted one semitone down?

Audacity 2.0.5
Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit
Intel Core i7-3770k
8GB DDR3 RAM
Line 6 PODX3, plugged in via USB.

Having an issue with recording tracks if there is a track already in my session.

Any new tracks are automatically pitch shifted down one semitone, which makes it impossible to record guitar tracks that match up with a 100%L and 100%R panning setup.

I’m not sure of the version I had before updating the program in hopes of removing the problem. 2.0.3 maybe?

Also using ASIO4ALL v2. Any ideas?

Sorry if the answer already exists somewhere, but searching “audacity pitch shift problem” in this forum or google gives me instructions on how to properly use pitch shift…and that’s not what I’m looking for.

Audacity as shipped does not work with ASIO drivers.

Pitch changes are usually sample rate issues. Use the same sample rate for project rate, track rate and in any Windows or Pod settings.

Use the Pod for playback as well as recording if it is a playback device.

See Why is my new track out of sync with the previous ones, or sounds crackly or at wrong pitch?

Yeah… If you are playing-back with your regular consumer soundcard/soundchip, it’s clock may be off. Assuming the Pod’s clock is more accurate, there can be a speed (and pitch) difference between recording & playback.
