rx 6 elements plugins fail to register

I am using Audacity 2.3.0. After downloading the izotope product RX 6 Elements, the plugin show up as new in effects but fail to register after clicking enable and okay. I’ve tried uninstalling and restarting computer. I am using Windows 10 pro

The manufacturer, Izotope, did respond with an email that provided hyperlinks and clear instructions for making the plugins work. Thank you for your help.
