rhythm rascal- most efficient way to use with audacity?

hello
i just got Rhythm Rascal on my PC, and i was looking for people who have had success with this program and hoping to get some pointers for getting the most out of it. my goal is to use it in place of a drummer on tracks. all recording i do, i use the “overdubbing” method, so line in, to usb inerface ect…
thanks for your advice
nicholas

I’ve not used Rhythm Rascal but I have used other drum machines with Audacity.
One easy and effective way to use a drum machine with Audacity is to create the drum track and export it as a WAV file. The WAV file can then be imported into Audacity and other tracks “overdubbed” onto additional tracks (see here: http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/tutorial_recording_multi_track_overdubs.html )

thank you for your input. that is one skill i have mastered, perhaps i am just making sure there wasnt any other ways of using drum machines with audacity.
