Removing Buzz

Hi All, I am having issues removing the buzz in my audio, any suggestion on what effects to use and how to use them? I have tried noise reduction and sound gate and I am not getting any movement. Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

I’m running Audacity 2.4.1 on Windows 7 on a Lenovo G550 laptop

I ended up using the low pass filter, I thank that helped out a lot.

An alternative way to repair, which may be more effective, is to run the Notch Filter over the audio twice; first with the frequency set to 60 Hz, then again with the frequency set to 120 Hz.
