Removing accent from already generated mp3 click track with variable tempo

Hi guys,

first post, how do i remove the accent from a already generated mp3 click track with variable tempo? for instance, on every fourth beat the beat is a bit strong in db’s and i want all 4 sounds to be equal so there is no accent.
