Removing a ten second gap[SOLVED]

I just used Audacity for the first time. I am very happy with the outcome, but, somehow I left a ten second gap between two songs; part of a live performance I made into a single file. Now there is a gap in the middle of the file. Is there an easy way to eliminate the gap?

Drag-select the gap and Edit > Remove Audio or Labels > Delete (or just press DELETE on your keyboard).
