I want to make a podcast, i am a beginner I recorded a conversation with my friend and want to use audacity to add few effects and make the voice clean with a high quality and no noses. Please how can i do that?

You can’t make an omelette without eggs, nor miracles to happen.
If you have a damaged show with lots of noise, you can improve it to some extent using some techniques such as noise removal (check trebor’s link), but you can’t make a conversation recorded with a mobile phone sound like a recording made in a professional studio with very expensive equipment. Don’t expect miracles…
Noise reduction can help, but at a cost… It’s always a compromise…
Also like Trebor said apply noise reduction before any other effect.
