I would like to remove some bird calls from a recording that is mostly voice.
Can anyone tell me how to do that?

Have a look at the recording in Audcaity’s spectrogram view.
If the birds are at a higher frequency than the voices they can be attenuated with equalization.
If they’re between voices, you can suppress them with careful editing, copying and pasting background sound. It’s a long, delicate process, but it can be done. If they’re at the same time as the voices, you’re stuck.
