Today I did a 45 minute recording. all was good. Went to save and got the pinwheel of death. audacity computer locked up. Force quit and reopened Audacity and got 45 min of silent channels in the recovery file. I force quit again and reopened to the same file. is there any way to recover my audio? Im running Yosemite 10.10.3 and Audacity 2.0.6 I tried to follow the wiki got lost.
Please help me! thanks!

You should be using Audacity 2.1.0 in Yosemite. Earlier versions are not supported.

Do you see the Automatic Crash Recovery dialogue http://manual.audacityteam.org/o/man/recovery.html and then you choose to recover?
Please post the contents of Help > Show Log… if you need more help. That needs to be done after trying to recover the project.
