recordings keep pausing [SOLVED]

Audacity 2.3.2
I upadated FFmeg library to latest version just now.

I am attempting to record streaming audio, but after less than a second recording pauses. The pause button turns grey will not turn off. I have been able to record streaming audio in the past.

“Transport menu > Transport options”
Disable “Sound activated recording”
