I use Linux Mint and recorded in flac I have not seen this option to be available. Does anyone know if you can add this option? Thank you!
You cannot “record to FLAC” (Audacity records in PCM). You can export to FLAC, by manually selecting it as the export format.
Are you suggesting a new feature, if so what would that be?
