Recording suddenly no amplification (waveform not changing)

Hello forum,

I record using my mixer which is connected to two record players. Yesterday there was a strange change. A new recording was suddenly displayed with no significant amplification in the waveform, almost as if there was no signal at all. I hadn’t changed any of the settings. But when I play the recordings, there is no audible difference. But I can’t edit anything, there is only a minimal difference between silence and the recording in the waveform.

I reinstalled Audacity, but the problem remained.

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?

It is not clearly written. What is meant by two record players? What are the sound settings in Audacity and Windows? Show the waveform of the recording.
