Recording same radio stream from different platforms

I’m concerned that the stream I’m recording will pause by itself on the streaming radio’s website (I remember that happening some times, when I was listening radio on their website) so can I record the same radio stream via two or more different sources like from that radio’s website and from some other radio streaming sites in case some one of them stops functioning?

No. Audacity will only record from one source at a time.
