Recording LP's Some I can' hear

Windows 10. Audacity 2.4.2

I have done some Old LP’s OK but some I cannot hear on Audacity as I record or on playback.
The recording levels and playbacks are fine

Turn on [u]Software Playthrough[/u] to hear what you’re recording (through your soundcard).

And, make sure you’ve selected the correct [u]Playback Device[/u]. i.e. If you are recording from a USB turntable, the turntable can’t be your playback device.

I already had playthrough ticked and thought I tried playback options
